Sim New York is progressing with each neighborhood little by little. I'm taking a quick break from my work on Downtown Manhattan to show some small details before the view gets blocked by skyscrapers under construction.
First we'll head to historical Pearl Street. We can see some of the quaint and charming 18th century buildings peeking out from behind 77 Water Street. The view will soon be blocked by 55 Water Street, which is right across the street. This area is located in the heart of the Financial District of Manhattan and is a stones throw away from Wall Street.
Next we head up to the South Street Seaport and take a look at the mural of the Brooklyn Bridge painted by Richard Haas on Peck Slip. Here's the real thing for comparison. The view is soon going to be blocked by One Seaport Plaza.
Enjoy the view while it lasts.

When you say "The view will soon be blaocked by 55 Water Street.." does that mean you're going to make it in the B.A.T for sim city and hopefully put it in the downloads section?
AGH! Hate to double post... I meant to say blocked, not "blaocked"....
I will eventually BAT 55 Water Street and put it up for download.
