Manhattan in the Making: Theater District

Here's a progress shot of the Theater District showing the latest buildings to be added the Sim New York map: The XYZ Buildings of Rockefeller Center, One Worldwide Plaza and One Astor Plaza.

    I wonder how you can actually replicate the various tunnels linking Manhattan to Brooklyn and Jersey. I had to do bridges for myself :(
